Technical information

All our products are manufactured in accordance with the Belgian CE quality standards. In addition, most products bear the BENOR label. Our lab technician constantly monitors the quality of our concrete composition and inspects our finished products daily for dimension stability, durability and finish.

Concrete quality traditional concrete

Our products with traditional concrete are in accordance with the standards and specifications below:

  • Concrete composition: NBN EN 206-1: 2001
  • Compressive strength class: C50/60
  • Exposure classes: XC4, XS3 and XD3, XF4, XA3
  • Environmental classes: EE4, ES4, EA3
  • Max. water – cement ratio: 0.45
  • Concrete cover: 30 mm

In addition, we guarantee a composition with a maximum water absorption of 5%. This way, we satisfy the strongest requirements with regard to chemical deterioration and exposure to frost and thaw.

To assure constant quality, we are equipped with a concrete mixing plant of the latest generation, which allows us to follow the whole production process thoroughly with various measures and precision sensors. Because of this, we have the possibility to change recipes efficiently, quickly respond to unexpected factors and in this way guarantee the same concrete standard and quality.
We execute tests in our concrete laboratory with regard to the compressive strength, the water absorption, the water-cement factor and granulometry.

Concrete quality earth dry concrete

The concrete composition is in accordance with the specifications mentioned below:

  • Concrete composition: NBN EN 206-1: 2001
    • Compressive strength class: C45/55
    • Exposure classes: XC4 and XA3
    • Environmental classes: EE4, EA3
    • Max. water – cement ratio: 0.45
    • Concrete cover: 25 mm

In addition, we guarantee a composition with a maximum water absorption of 5%. This way, we satisfy the strongest requirements with regard to chemical deterioration and exposure to frost and thaw.
