Thanks to the family of Martin Saudoyez for trusting us to build their dairy cattle barn! The cattle barn is equipped with Bovi-FleXX floors around the area where the robot operates. Our Bovi-FleXX combines concrete with rubber. The rubber provides a softer surface, reducing stress on the joints. The concrete, on the other hand, ensures natural wear of the hooves, preventing overgrowth. The best of both worlds! Because a healthy cow feels better and delivers higher performance.

The Bovi-Flexx slat consists of 45% concrete and 55% rubber. The rubber ensures that there is less stress on the joints. The concrete, on the other hand, ensures natural wear of the claws. In short: this floor stands for high cow comfort and claw health.

At Ferme Pype-Lievens, a waiting area under a slope was realized. The Agri 2000 and Bovi-Pro cattle slats were placed on prefabricated support beams with a slope. They also went for the milking room of the future that will be equipped with a rapid exit system.
